Why I became a Health Coach

Hi, I’m Julia.

Last year, I left a long and fulfilling career in marketing and media.

As the issue of health was becoming increasingly important, especially for women as we grow older, I was inspired by exciting new science and fresh thinking about well-being. I explored how women can reclaim their strength and embrace their well-being at any age.

After more than 30 years in a demanding corporate career, I know what it’s like to juggle everything: work, ambition, family, health, and the never-ending to-do list. That’s why I’ve retrained as a Health Coach—so I can support women like you in reclaiming your energy, balance, and well-being.
